Profile

The user profile can be accessed by clicking on the user greeting in the navigation bar.

From here you can update your password and fitness details.

Updating fitness details will recalculate your daily required calories, add to your timeline and update your weight progress graph.


To access the nutrition tracker simply click on Nutrition in the navigation bar and select Nutriton Tracker

Nutrition Tracker

From the Nutrition Tracker you can track calories, protein, carbs and fats consumed during the day from foods, recipes and diets.

This acompanied by the daily caloric limit will help you stay within your daily needs.

To access diets simply click on Nutrition in the navigation bar and select Diets

After selecting the menu, you will be presented with a list of previously created diets.

From here you can edit, view or delete diets.

You can add a new diet by adding a diet name in the textbox at the top, you will be automatically redirected to edit the new diet.

When editing a diet you will be presented with a list of diet days.

From here you can edit or delete diet days.

You can add a new diet day by adding a diet day name in the textbox at the top, you will be automatically redirected to edit the new diet day.

When editing a diet day you will be presented with a list of diet day meals and the foods per meal.

From here you can add, edit or delete diet day meals and also add foods to your meals.

You can add a new diet day meal by clicking the plus sign under add meal.

To access training programs simply click on Training in the navigation bar and select Training Programs

After selecting the menu, you will be presented with a list of previously created training programs.

You can add a new training program by clicking on the plus sign on the screen.

When editing a training program you will be presented with a list of training days.

When editing a training day session you will be presented with a list of exercises.
